The documents below describe how DWRC operates its public publication, how it approaches privacy, accessibility, and responsible use of technology, and what it does not yet do.
DWRC is being established. These documents govern the current public institutional publication — the website you are reading — and record the governance posture of the Center as it develops. They are written to be truthful about what exists today rather than aspirational about what may exist later.
Operational dispute-resolution policies — case intake and eligibility, evidence submission, confidentiality, case records, procedural rules, review and appeal — are deliberately not published here. DWRC does not currently accept disputes, and publishing those policies now would imply a capability that does not exist. They will be published separately if and when such services become available.
These documents will change as DWRC's institutional and technical role develops. Each carries its own version and status.
