What this is for
This route is for concerns about DWRC's own published material: a factual error, something misleading or unclear, a broken or inaccessible page, or a concern about how the Center describes itself. An institution that asks others to accept correction should be correctable itself.
What this is not
This is not case intake, dispute filing, evidence submission, or an appeal from a DWRC resolution. DWRC does not currently accept disputes and issues no determinations, so there is nothing to appeal from. If you are in an actual dispute, please seek appropriate professional or legal assistance in your jurisdiction.
How to raise a concern
Write to [email protected]. It helps to identify the page, describe the concern, and include any supporting information you think is relevant. DWRC will review what you send and correct or update the material where correction is warranted.
What to expect
DWRC is a small initiative being established and does not offer a guaranteed response time or a formal complaint-handling procedure. Where a published claim turns out to be materially wrong, the correction is made visibly rather than quietly, consistent with Research & Publication Integrity.
