This publication has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact forms, and no visitor database. DWRC does not currently use application cookies for analytics, advertising, sessions, or personalization on this public site, and no behavioural analytics or tracking service is used. You can read the entire site without providing any information about yourself.
Cookies and tracking
Because the site sets no application cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner is shown. This describes the site as it is today rather than a permanent promise: if that ever changes — for example if a future language preference needed to be remembered — this policy would be revised first and the change described here.
Infrastructure and security processing
It would not be accurate to say that no data about you is ever processed. Like any website, this publication is delivered through hosting and network providers, and ordinary delivery and security operations can involve information such as IP address, timestamps, requested addresses, and basic device or browser information. That processing supports delivery, reliability, and protection against abuse. DWRC does not use it to build visitor profiles or to track individuals across the web.
If you write to us
If you choose to email [email protected], you voluntarily provide whatever information your message contains — at minimum your email address and anything you write. DWRC uses it to read and respond to your message. Please note that ordinary email is not a secure or confidential channel: it is not end-to-end encrypted, it carries no legal privilege, and it is not suitable for confidential, sensitive, or dispute-related material. DWRC does not currently accept case evidence by any channel.
Retention
Formal retention schedules have not yet been established. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, and for legitimate administrative, security, or legal reasons. Retention will be formalized as part of future legal review rather than stated precisely here before it is true.
Global data protection and privacy rights
DWRC is publicly accessible worldwide, and privacy law differs by jurisdiction. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to ask what information is held about you, to ask for correction or deletion, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Given how little information this publication processes, most such requests will concern correspondence you have sent. You can raise any privacy question or request at [email protected].
What DWRC does not claim
DWRC does not claim to have a Data Protection Officer, an EU or UK representative, or certification under any data transfer framework, because none of those has been established. It does not claim that a particular privacy regime applies to every visitor, or that it acts as controller for every interaction. Those characterizations require professional legal analysis, which has not yet taken place.
Children
This publication is intended for a general professional and institutional audience and is not directed at children. It is not a channel through which anyone, of any age, should send personal or confidential dispute material.
