What this website is
This website is an institutional publication of the Digital Worker Resolution Center. It provides information about the Center, its principles, and the frameworks it is developing. It is not a dispute-filing platform, an arbitration service, an AI decision service, or an account-based product. No part of this site creates a resolution process, a case, or a professional relationship of any kind.
Acceptable use
You may read, cite, and share this publication for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or the infrastructure that serves it, misrepresent DWRC's positions or status, or present material from this site as though it were a DWRC determination in an actual dispute.
Intellectual property
The institutional text, visual identity, and artwork published here belong to DWRC or are used with permission. "Digital Worker Resolution Center" and "DWRC" are used as the institution's name; no claim of registered trademark status is made. Quoting or citing this publication with attribution is welcome. Reproducing substantial portions as though they were your own, or in a way that implies DWRC endorsement, is not.

This publication may reference or link to external material. DWRC does not control those resources and referencing them is not endorsement. This does not limit DWRC's responsibility for its own published material.
Accuracy and technology limitations
DWRC works to publish accurate institutional information, but this site is informational and the Center is being established. Content may change. Technology can fail or behave unexpectedly, and published material can contain errors. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it creates no lawyer-client or advisory relationship. If you face an actual dispute, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Matters still to be settled
Several matters that appear in conventional website terms are deliberately absent here because DWRC cannot yet state them truthfully: governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, and any dispute-resolution clause applying to DWRC itself. DWRC is not currently established as a legal entity of any particular form, and choosing a governing law on the basis of where infrastructure or people happen to sit would be arbitrary. These will be addressed through professional legal review before DWRC becomes operational.

These terms may be revised as DWRC develops. The version and dates above record the current revision.
